Promoting the versatility of the East Texas Ranch and Stock Horse through clinics and competition. We have several divisions for riders to compete in Open, NonPro, Ltd NonPro, Green Horse, JR Horse, Intermediate, Novice, Novice L1, and Youth. We offer six classes for a horse/rider to compete for individual class awards as well as an All-Around. Classes include Ranch Trail, Ranch Cutting, Reining, Cow Horse, Ranch Pleasure, and Ranch Riding. To qualify for the All-Around Awards you must show in Ranch Pleasure and Ranch Trail plus either the reining or Ranch riding and one cow class. 2022 Events have been held in Greenville, TX; Sulphur Springs, TX; Athens, TX; Lufkin, TX; and Conroe, TX. The 2023 schedule so far is March - Greenville, TX; April - Sulphur Springs, TX; May - Athens, TX; June - Lufkin, TX; July - Sulphur Springs, TX; Oct - Lufkin, TX and Conroe, TX. We are working with local sponsors in these areas - "We are Better Working Together" as East Texas Stock Horse is committed to building great working relationships with our sponsors.
